Mr. Jai Kishan Bajaj is the co-founder of Shakti Trendz. Under his leadership, the company has made remarkable strides in the apparel market.
He is a law graduate from Gauhati University and holds an MBA degree in Business from Lakhotia College, Kolkata. With his 30 years of glorious practice in Gauhati High Court, he also serves as a legal advisor of the company. Being exposed to family business running for three generations and business-oriented vision, he moved to Bangalore in 2006 in search of expansion. Within 5 years of market assessment and robust planning, he started Shakti Trendz and practiced exceptional strategies to take the company to greater heights.
Being a zealous philanthropist, he has been the spearhead of many social and cultural organizations. From having been served as the president of BAR Association to being the president for Lions Club for consecutive 3 years, he was elected as the Municipal Commissioner in Assam for 5 years. In his endless pursuit of social works and businesses, he has earned several prestigious recognitions like RATNA SHIROMANI AWARD, 1995 for extraordinary achievements in the field of social works felicitated by then C.M of Maharashtra.
Mrs. Usha Bajaj is the co-founder of Shakti Trendz and a key motivator of the company. She’s an inspirational leader and a visionary who tells stories that inspire action. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in English literature and has studied law from Gauhati University, Assam.
Prior to co-founding Shakti Trendz, she was appointed by Assam govt. as a member of District Consumers Court for 6 years. Having elected as the Trustee for Consumer Education and Research Society, Ahmedabad, she is a consumer activist and recurrent speaker for consumer awareness programs and seminars. With her published articles on consumer awareness, she has extensive knowledge of consumer and business laws.
Taking on opportunities to serve society, she has been an executive member of All India Marwari Federation (Kolkata), the President of Lioness Club and MahilaManch. With her current president post in Purvanchal Parivar at Bengaluru, she’s also focusing on her social works. Reading books and writing articles is her second favorite way to spend time, first being playing with her grand-daughter.
Mr. Puneet Bajaj is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Shakti Trendz. At an early age of 28, his entrepreneurial vigor led him to the foundation of this company. Passionate for growing business through quality products and consumer satisfaction, he keeps awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, and industrial developments. He is a proven leader driving the team with his persona, setting the tone, vision and the culture of the organization to ethical, aggressive and work committed.
Puneet takes a vision and makes it a reality through sound strategy development. He intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through the organization, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps others extend their thinking, and drives material business advantage. Respected as a credible voice in decision making, finding strategic financing partners, and establishing governance boundaries, Puneet earns a seat at the table wherever he serves. With his dynamism and vision to excel, he has led the transformation of Shakti from a small business into an enterprise-focused company.
Puneet holds an MBA from MATS University, Bangalore. Along with his interest in reading, he is also a sports enthusiast, having been the captain of the Volleyball and Cricket team during his academic career. When he is not working, his loving daughter has his undivided attention who means the world to him.
Mr. Pravin Singh is the President of Marketing in Shakti Trendz and head of fabric sourcing division, Easy Garmenting. He has an MBA from IIPM, Bangalore. With his distinguished marketing strategies, Shakti has explored new opportunities in the market, has reached an esteemed level and continues to pursue higher goals.
An outgoing and gregarious personality, Mr. Singh has worked for 5 years as an investment banker in London. Having born skills in Marketing, he joined Shakti team in 2012. His union with the company has brought plenty of new projects, starting from the launch of the first in-house brand, I-VOC. He has an art of exploring, creating, and delivering quality services to satisfy the needs of the buyer.
He is passionate about cricket and was a state-level cricket player in the Junior category.
Mr. Ramnath is the head of the quality assurance team at Shakti. With a proven business experience of more than 25 years, his body of work ranges from working with companies overseas to diverse Indian medium scale enterprises and from rural to an urban market landscape. Being one of the first employees in Shakti, he has devised and established the company’s quality procedures, standards, and specifications from the ground up.
He has a keen eye for detail, an in-depth understanding of quality control procedures and excels at assessing buyer’s requirements and ensures they are being met. With his energetic personality, he is always there to lend a hand with new opportunities and projects.
Mr. Narasimman is the General Manager – Production & Planning. With an experience of 15 years, he is a perfect embodiment of planning expertise, production management, and flawless execution. Having many turnaround stories up his sleeve, he has been instrumental in setting up several factories. Here in Shakti, he is an all-round authority on production, right from order placement, capacity planning to dispatch of finished merchandise.
With his varying interests, he is a good cricketer, news savvy and likes to bullfight.
